F.A.Q’S

Yes you can use any facilities during our opening hours HOWEVER our classes always get first preference to equipment, space and racks.  For example if you want to use the racks for lifting you would not be able to do that during a strength class. If you are usure what times are best feel free to contact us and we will let you know the equipment you need will be available

If you have a full membership you can do as many classes as you like a week.  If you have an express membership you can do unlimited 20-30 minute classes.  If you are doing multiple classes on one day you can purchase a day pass which will allow you to book for as many classes on that day as you like.

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early and starting to warm up before the class starts especially if you have pre existing injuries or you prefer a longer warm up.  It’s also a great time to network and socialise while you get warm.

Yes you do.  The easiest way is via our Glofox app or website. Fear not though if you forget to book in or remember too late we can defiantly book in for you once you arrive.
