WHAT TO EXPECT
What is HIIT? HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. We combine periods of high intensity work with short periods of rest. Interval training has been proven time and time again to produce better results than traditional training with less injuries as you are only training for 20 minutes. If you like your training short and sweet then this class has your name written all over it!
These high intensity 20 minute classes are perfect for busy parents, shift workers and those seeking REAL results in as little as twenty minutes!
We have ranked this class as intermediate as you will need a basic level of fitness to be able to push through the high intensity period. That said most people find this class achievable
Gym Clothes (t-shirt, singlet, shorts, leggings, trackpants), sneakers.
A drink bottle and a towel.

The short answer is no. It’s fine for beginner however as this class is only 20 minutes long you it is better if you have some fitness as you’ll really be able to push yourself harder and get the most out of the intervals.
We are located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. You can find us at the end of the Gawler Train Station car park, behind Sanders Fodder. If you are standing in front of The Criterion Hotel in Gawler, looking at The Gawler Train Station, look to your left and you will see Sanders Fodder. We are directly behind Sanders.
Yes we are a family gym. We provide areas for children to safely sit and watch. We also have free WIFI. HOWEVER we do not take any responsibility for your children. It is up to you to make sure your kids stay in the designated areas and do not run around unsupervised.

A friendly client goal based gym located in Gawler. Our hells bells classes are a 30 minute express workout! These workouts are generally a lower impact sessions as we are using light weights at high reps to achieve a lean, toned body. Combined with a balanced diet these classes are great for weight loss and toning up. We use Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Battling Ropes, Slam Balls, Wall Balls, Bulgarian bags and more to burn them kgs. These group fitness workouts are always different but could be any of these styles or even something new – bootcamp, HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training), Crossfit style workouts, medium intensity resistance training, circuits or team challenges.
FLASH BACK to the 80’s with this fun and fast paced class. Train at your own level as you work your way around through the various stations. This is the perfect class if you are looking to get started in fitness, lose some weight at your own pace, coming back from injury or just want a class to push your limits to the max! Grab some friends, put on your leg warmers and work up a vintage sweat.
Half Hour Of Power is perfect if you a busy person but want real results. These classes constantly change but the one thing that stays the same is the amazing glow you’ll get when you are done. You will use kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, wall balls, rowers and more to smash your way to peak fitness!
