WHAT TO EXPECT
Take a leap back in time with this vintage circuit class. Let’s be honest who doesn’t love them a good circuit. 10-15 stations, loads of variety, go at your own pace, perfect for beginners, excellent if you want to push yourself to the max! AND you still get the benefit of working in a fun, dynamic group environment! If you are worried a circuit might get boring don’t be! Our circuits are constantly changing with new exercises and formats all the time.

Gym Clothes (t-shirt, singlet, shorts, leggings, trackpants), sneakers OR boxing boots.
You will need a mouth guard, hand wraps (they are $10 or bring your own), sparring gloves (we have plenty you can use), a groin guard, a head guard (we have some you can borrow) a drink bottle and a towel.

Yes. You will need to either have prior boxing experience or have been doing our non-contact classes and have an understanding of basic boxing techniques and concepts. Participants under 18 years old will need a sparring for signed by their parent or care giver.
Yes! This class will get you ready for your first tournament by teaching you proper footwork, combo’s, ringcraft and more. If you want to compete you need to come to at least 3 of these sessions a week. If you want to know if you are ready contact Kirsty on 0401 013 189.

What is H.I.I.T? It is High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT involves repeated bursts of high intensity exercise with small recovery periods. This enables you to achieve results in improved muscle tone, fat burning, strength building, endurance and cardio fitness all in less time than by most other methods. Fast results!
EXERPERIENCE LEVEL: Intermediate to Advanced
Our hells bells classes are a 30 minute express workout in a friendly welcoming gym! These workouts are generally a lower impact sessions as we are using light weights at high reps to achieve a lean, toned body. Great for those looking to lose weight and add a some shape to their body. We use Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Battling Ropes, Slam Balls, Wall Balls, Bulgarian bags and more to burn them kgs. These group fitness workouts are always different but could be any of these styles or even something new – bootcamp, HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training), Crossfit style workouts, medium intensity resistance training, circuits or team challenges.
