We are located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. You can find us at the end of the Gawler Train Station car park, behind Sanders Fodder. If you are standing in front of The Criterion Hotel in Gawler, looking at The Gawler Train Station, look to your left and you will see Sanders Fodder. We are directly behind Sanders.

No. Whether you are an experienced lifter or you’ve never been under a bar before you are more than welcome in this class. You will be taught all you need to know to lift safely.
Yes we are a family gym. We provide areas for children to safely sit and watch. We also have free WIFI. HOWEVER we do not take any responsibility for your children. It is up to you to make sure your kids stay in the designated areas and do not run around unsupervised.

High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT involves repeated bursts of high intensity exercise with small recovery periods. This enables you to achieve results in improved muscle tone, fat burning, strength building, endurance and cardio fitness all in less time than by other methods.
EXERPERIENCE LEVEL: Intermediate to Advanced
Our hells bells classes are a 30 minute express workout! These workouts are generally a lower impact sessions as we are using light weights at high reps to achieve a lean, toned body. When combined with a balanced diet they are great to assist weight loss and muscle gain. We use Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Battling Ropes, Slam Balls, Wall Balls, Bulgarian bags and more to burn them kgs. These group fitness workouts are always different but could be any of these styles or even something new – bootcamp, HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training), Crossfit style workouts, medium intensity resistance training, circuits or team challenges.

HALF HOUR OF POWER
Half Hour of Power is a little bit of all the half hour classes rolled into one. This 30-minute class has it all and you truly never know what you are going to get. What you can be sure of is a great workout and loads of fun.
