WHAT TO EXPECT

This 45 minute express Boxing class is the perfect way to get fit not hit.  Lose weight and feel amazing while building core strength and both upper and lower body power! We work very basic boxing fundamentals to keep you safe and reduce the risk of injury.  Then we smash out a fast paced, fun, stress releasing workout!  Combining body weight exercises with bag or pad drills to get the heart pumping!

Gym Clothes (t-shirt, singlet, shorts, leggings, trackpants), sneakers or boxing boots.

A drink bottle, a towel and hand wraps or quick wraps (we sell these for $10 if you don’t have your own.

No.  Anyone can use this class conveniently run at 10am for shift workers, FIFO employees, those who are home during the day or start work late, stay at home parents and those with flexible work hours.   If you are a boxer looking to get some daytime training this is also a great class for you.

Yes we are a family gym. We provide areas for children to safely sit and watch.  We also have free WIFI.  HOWEVER we do not take any responsibility for your children.  It is up to you to make sure your kids stay in the designated areas and do not run around unsupervised.

BOXING NON CONTACT

Boxing is the sweet science!  In our non-contact classes you will learn how to throw basic punches and combinations as well as some footwork.  You can burn loads of calories and reduce stress and anxiety. You’ll learn the skills to get killer workout. Get fit, not hit!

EXERPERIENCE LEVEL: No experience necessary.

KICKBOXING

Based in the traditions of Muay Thai, Karate, Kung Fu & Boxing this class will teach you both hand and leg strikes, stand up grappling, defensive maneuverer and give you one hell of a full body workout!   From non-contact fitness right through to competition we have got you covered!

EXERPERIENCE LEVEL: No experience Necessary.

BOXING FULL CONTACT

Learn the sweet science of boxing.  Under the guidance of qualified and experienced coaches in full contact you will learn how to spar and do dynamic partner drills.  If you like it we can train you for a boxing tournament, the ultimate test in physical and mental strength.

EXERPERIENCE LEVEL: Some experience nessasary.  MUST HAVE MOUTHGAURD. Ages 12+
