Half Hour of Power is a little bit of all the half hour classes rolled into one. This 30-minute class has it all and you truly never know what you are going to get. What you can be sure of is a great workout and loads of fun.

No.  These classes are great for beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike.

  

Yes!  We offer designated spots for kids to sit and FREE WIFI however we take no responsibility for watching children that is up to you.  If you think your kids will sit down with and ipad or book then please bring them in.

POWER CIRCUIT

FLASH BACK to the 80’s with this fun and fast paced class.  Looking to lose weight and get fit? Train at your own level as you work your way around through the various stations.  This is the perfect class if you are looking to get started, coming back from injury or just want a class to push your limits to the max! Located in the heart of Gawler and only HALF AN HOUR there’s really no excuse not to come.

HIIT THAT

High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT involves repeated bursts of high intensity exercise with small recovery periods. This enables you to achieve results in improved muscle tone, fat burning, strength building, endurance and cardio fitness all in less time than by other methods.

HELLS BELLS

A friendly client goal based gym. Our hells bells classes are a 30 minute express workout!  These workouts are generally a lower impact sessions as we are using light weights at high reps to achieve help you lose weight and tone up.  We use Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Battling Ropes, Slam Balls, Wall Balls, Bulgarian bags and more to burn them kgs.  These group fitness workouts are always different but could be any of these styles or even something new –  bootcamp, HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training), Crossfit style workouts, medium intensity resistance training, circuits or team challenges.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Beginner to Advanced.  All ages welcome.
