WHAT TO EXPECT

Our hells bells classes are a 30 minute express workout!  These workouts are generally a lower impact sessions as we are using light weights at high reps to achieve a lean, toned body.  We use Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Battling Ropes, Slam Balls, Wall Balls, Bulgarian bags and more to burn them kgs.  These group fitness workouts are always different but could be any of these styles or even something new –  bootcamp, HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training), Crossfit style workouts, medium intensity resistance training, circuits, games or team challenges.

We are located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. You can find us at the end of the Gawler Train Station car park, behind Sanders Fodder.  If you are standing in front of The Criterion Hotel in Gawler, looking at The Gawler Train Station, look to your left and you will see Sanders Fodder.  We are directly behind Sanders.

No.  This is the perfect starter class with plenty of room to grow.  Our clients can’t believe the results they get even when they have already been training elsewhere.  And in just 30 minutes.

Yes we are a family gym. We provide areas for children to safely sit and watch.  We also have free WIFI.  HOWEVER we do not take any responsibility for your children.  It is up to you to make sure your kids stay in the designated areas and do not run around unsupervised.

HIIT THAT

High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT involves repeated bursts of high intensity exercise with small recovery periods. This enables you to achieve results in improved muscle tone, fat burning, strength building, endurance and cardio fitness all in less time than by other methods.

POWER CIRCUIT

FLASH BACK to the 80’s with this fun and fast paced class.  Looking to lose weight?  Tone up? Get a whole body workout? Train at your own level as you work your way around through the various stations.  This is the perfect class if you are looking to get started, coming back from injury or just want a class to push your limits to the max!

EXERPERIENCE LEVEL: Beginner to Advanced

HALF HOUR OF POWER

Half Hour Of Power is perfect if you a busy person but want real results.  Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or increase your fitness,  these classes are constantly changing but the one thing that stays the same is the amazing results you’ll get when you are done.  You will use kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, wall balls, rowers and more to smash your way to peak fitness!

Think circuits, Medium Intensity Resistance Training, Crossfit style WODs, group challenges, pain trains, Interval Training and more.
