WHAT TO EXPECT

Based in the traditions of Muay Thai, Karate, Kung Fu & Boxing this class will teach you both hand and leg strikes, stand up grappling, defensive tactics and give you one hell of a full body workout!   From non-contact fitness right through to competition we have got you covered!

If you are wanting to start Kickboxing to lose weight or improve strength and conditioning you are welcome at ALL of the Kickboxing classes. At the end of the class those who would like to do some full contact drills will be given the opportunity.

Under the watchful eye of a qualified coach you will learn the art of Kickboxing.  Attack, Defence, Footwork and Fight strategies.

This class is covered by all of our Memberships. You can also purchase a casual sessions here for $10 or purchase a Credit Pack and get 2 sessions for FREE!

The short answer is no. It’s fine for beginner however as this class is only 20  minutes long you it is better if you have some fitness as you’ll really be able to push yourself harder and get the most out of the intervals.

We are located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. You can find us at the end of the Gawler Train Station car park, behind Sanders Fodder.  If you are standing in front of The Criterion Hotel in Gawler, looking at The Gawler Train Station, look to your left and you will see Sanders Fodder.  We are directly behind Sanders.

Yes we are a family gym. We provide areas for children to safely sit and watch.  We also have free WIFI.  HOWEVER we do not take any responsibility for your children.  It is up to you to make sure your kids stay in the designated areas and do not run around unsupervised.

KIDS BOXING

While we don’t offer kids boxing alone we do offer it as a part of our kids classes. Check them out here.  We also offer sparring opportunities under the watchful eye of a qualified coach to kids who have learnt the basic skills.   These sessions are by invitation only and are skill based, not just a slug fest.  If you are interested in participating in these inquire here or contact Coach Kirsty on 0401 013 189.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL KIDS CLASS: Beginner through to advanced. Ages 4-12

EXPERIENCE LEVEL SPARRING: Advanced Ages 6-13

FULL CONTACT BOXING

The Station Boxing Club is registered with Boxing SA and all coaches are ex fighters or fighters who are also registered with Boxing SA and BAL.  If you are wanting to compete at a State, interstate or even international level we can get you there.  We have over 11 years’ experience coaching fighters in Gawler and surrounds and many more years as trainers.

We train everyone from school boy through to masters, novice to elite, 1st fights through to open fighters, women and men and everything in between.  All boxers under the age of 18 will need the permission of a parent or guardian BEFORE doing any of our full contact classes.

We have a full range of facilities including, a competition boxing ring, 17 punching bags, open floor space, strength & conditioning equipment, toilets/showers and more.

EXERPERIENCE LEVEL: Some experience nessasary.  MUST HAVE MOUTHGAURD. Ages 12+

NON CONTACT BOXING

Boxing is the sweet science!  In our non-contact classes you will learn how to throw basic punches and combinations as well as some footwork.  You’ll learn the skills to get killer workout.  Whether you are looking to lose weight or increase your skill you can be guaranteed a great workout! Get fit, not hit!

EXERPERIENCE LEVEL: No experience necessary.  Families and welcome to train together too.
