Thanks for your interest in the 12 week transformation challenge that we are aptly naming #thebutterflychallenge. If you have registered and paid thank you, if you are wanting to be a part of this exciting new challenge I need you to register before Monday. Here’s a few things you should know. Over the next 12 weeks we will be doing live video streaming, home workouts 5 days a week, weekend seminars and workshops (some of these will include tai chi, yoga and using herbs for optimal health). Our fb will be a closed group, the page will be a source of inspiration, a safe place to share your experiences and we will share with you our knowledge and I will be sharing my own journey, getting ready to fight again. This challenge can be done from our gym, your own gym or home. If you choose to use the Station Gym for your workouts we are offering an amazing deal of $15 per week for a full gym membership and if you choose to keep your membership after the challenge we will waive your joining fee!
